Iconic, Grammy Award-winning superstar band, Bon Jovi makes a massive return with “This House is Not for Sale,” the title-track from their upcoming new album THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE, released on 21st Oct. The single and video is available today at all digital partners.


THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE is Bon Jovi’s 14th studio album since their 1984 debut. Earlier this summer, the band (Jon Bon Jovi, David Bryan, Tico Torres, Hugh McDonald, Phil X) tweeted a photo from inside the studio announcing simply, “THE ALBUM IS DONE.” (Billboard’s coverage of the event HERE).

It reunites the band with Grammy Award-winning producer John Shanks, who began working with the band in 2005, for the RIAA platinum Have A Nice Day album, which entered the charts at #1 in 15 countries worldwide.

This will be their first major release since What About Now (2013), which was the band’s third consecutive multi-platinum album to enter Soundscan at #1 (following Lost Highway in 2007, and The Circle in 2009).

Il social network per fare video popolarissimo negli ultimi tempi

Musical.ly è un’applicazione diffusa nel luglio del 2014 da una startup cinese. Ha ottenuto un successo notevole tra gli adolescenti prima negli Stati Uniti e poi nel resto del mondo. 

Come lo hanno definito i suoi fondatori, Musical.ly è un “social network di video”: ha molto in comune con Vine, e con Dubsmash, ma è per certi versi una cosa più simile a “fare il karaoke sulla propria canzone preferita davanti allo specchio del bagno”. 

Musical.ly è strano e difficile da raccontare. Per cominciare: quelli che lo usano si chiamano “muser”. Con Musical.ly si possono girare dei video di circa quindici secondi: si può ballare o cantare in playback su delle canzoni scelte fra una lista piuttosto vasta già presente sul social e che sono divise per categorie (popolari, dance, rap e così via) o si possono riprodurre sempre in playback brevi spezzoni tratti da serie tv, cartoni animati o film. 

C’è anche la possibilità di aggiungere dei filtri (bianco e nero, ad esempio) o degli effetti ai video che si registrano. (...) Dopo aver girato il video c’è la possibilità di salvarlo in privato sul proprio profilo di Musical.ly oppure di condividerlo sui social che accettano video come Instagram, Facebook, Twitter o direttamente su Musical.ly. C’è anche la possibilità di girare i video usando la propria voce o in livestream tramite un’applicazione collegata, Live.ly.ù

I video che si girano con Musical.ly – che si chiamano a loro volta Musically – quindi, sono uno strano montaggio in cui audio e immagini sono molto veloci o molto lenti, spesso in modo discordante. Si è comunque diffusa una modalità particolare e specifica per girare questi video.
